Lanzamiento del EP del Reino Unido: Millones de vendedores de The Beatles

The Beatles’ 10th Parlophone EP contained four of their biggest hits to date. It had been planned in 1964 as an EP titled Golden Discs, and initial pressings of this release actually carried that title on the label. The Beatles’ Million Sellers was intended to capitalise on the Chrismas market, although the group had also released We Can Work It Out/Day Tripper and Rubber Soul just three days before. The four songs on the EP were She Loves You, I Want To Hold Your Hand, Can’t Buy Me Love and I Feel Fine. Their other million seller, A Hard Day’s Night, was not included.Just two weeks after the EP was released, We Can Work It Out/Day Tripper became their sixth million-seller in the UK.The Beatles’ Million Sellers was issued as Parlophone GEP 8946, and was available in mono only. It was housed in a picture sleeve featuring a photograph by Robert Whitaker.
