Paul McCartney’s 16th solo studio album, New, was released by Hear Music on this day in the United Kingdom. It was issued in four formats: standard, deluxe, vinyl and digital download. The deluxe edition contained two bonus tracks: Turned Out and Get Me Out Of Here.The album was McCartney’s first since 2007’s Memory Almost Full to consist entirely of new compositions. It was released the following day in the United States.
