Grabación: nunca me das tu dinero, sueños de oro, llevar ese peso

Studio Two, EMI Studios, Abbey RoadProducer: George MartinEngineers: Geoff Emerick, Phil McDonaldFollowing the previous day’s creation of a rough mix of the Abbey Road medley, recording continued on three of its songs during this 2.30pm-1.15am session. A reduction mix of You Never Give Me Your Money had previously been made and numbered take 40, but was discarded. Instead, Paul McCartney completed the song by returning to take 30 and re-recording his bass guitar and piano – the latter was the honky-tonk sound during the “out of college, money spent” section.McCartney then re-recorded his lead vocals on track four of Golden Slumbers, before a guitar solo and extra drums were added to Carry That Weight. Both songs were now complete save for George Martin’s orchestral score, which was added to track eight on 15 August 1969.
