They attempted a remake on this day, but it still wasn’t considered good enough for Rubber Soul. The session lasted from 7pm-1am. Two takes were recorded, numbered two and three, with a number of overdubs added to the last of these.Although this remake was closer to the sound The Beatles were looking for, they were still dissatisfied with the results. I’m Looking Through You was eventually completed on 10 and 11 November.
